Happy Mother’s Day!
Mother’s day is a special time of the year and one that we love here at Amoralia HQ! A day that recognises all the hard work that all you yummy mummies do, day in day out and for no pay! 😉
So, why not treat YOURSELF this Mother’s Day. Maybe there’s something you’ve always wanted or you’ve fancied doing for a while? After all, you deserve it! Book a babysitter (slash your partner) to watch the babies and treat yourself to some time off!
Pamper yourself…
Everyone loves being pampered, whether it’s a mani/pedi, having a salon wash and blow dry (the ultimate in luxury, in our opinion) or going the whole hog with a full spa day; book yourself in for a little TLC. If you wanted to make the most of it, why not get together with a few girlfriends, check into a spa for the day and enjoy some down time together. Not to mention a yummy lunch (obligatory glass of ‘poo, please) and a right good natter!
See something different
We are pretty sure that your days now consist of Peppa Pig, Ben and Holly’s Little Kingdom or Thomas the Tank Engine on repeat. So how about you plan a trip to the local cinema to watch something different… and age appropriate! Go and see the latest horror everyone is raving about, a romantic snuggle-fest with your other half or a chick flick with your friends.
Have a spree
These days shopping means groceries, and let’s be honest, it’s not the height of your social calendar. Why not have a child-free shopping day? Milton Keynes, Sheffield, Westfield, the Trafford Centre… take advantage of the rise of the mall. For an added bonus, you could book a make-over at one of the beauty counters. Perfect!
Date night
If none of the above appeal to you, why not plan a date night with your bae? A chilled, calm child free meal at a posh (or not) restaurant is ideal for some alone time. Enjoy a beautiful meal with a few glasses of something fizzy – after all mums, you definitely deserve it!
All the girls at Amoralia would like to wish all yummy mummies, and mummies-to-be the most amazing day! Enjoy!
