If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us as soon as possible and we’ll update the address for you. However, once an item has been dispatched, we’re unable to make changes or resend it to a new address. To avoid any issues, please double-check your shipping details before completing your order.

If your order arrives damaged or wears out after the first wash, simply email us a photo of the item along with your order number. There’s no need to return it—we’ll send you a free replacement right away. Your satisfaction is our priority.
